Information Collected by QuikPiq

How QuikPiq Uses your Information

If you submit personally identifiable information to us through the QuikPiq Site, then we use your personal information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the site and other QuikPiq products.

Any personal information or content that you voluntarily disclose online (in photos, in comments, your votes, within your public profile page, etc.) becomes publicly available and can be collected and used by others. Your First and Last name, derived from your Twitter or Facebook accounts, (not your email address) is displayed on the QuikPiq site as your profile and with any of your activities on the site (uploading polls, submitting comments, voting). Other Users can contact you through messages and comments. As a logged in user, your votes are not anonymous. Your votes are collected and tracked by QuikPiq. If you are not logged into the QuikPiq site, your votes may remain anonymous. However, as an anonymous user, you're not allowed to submit comments or create polls. Any photos, comments, votes and other content that you submit to this site may be redistributed through the internet and other media channels, and may be viewed by the general public.

We do not use your email address or other personally identifiable information to send commercial or marketing messages of third parties without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt in or opt out. We may, however, use your email address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as news on updates, or QuikPiq promotions).

QuikPiq is a Canadian Company. You understand and agree that QuikPiq stores and processes your information on computers located in Canada, and by providing any data to QuikPiq, you consent to the transfer of such information to Canada.

We backup your data on a regular basis and your information is maintained in whole or in part on computer networks which may be located outside the province, country or other governmental jurisdiction in which you reside. Protection of Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed to persons under 13.
